I recently finished reading Organizational Alpha: How to Add Value in Institutional Asset Management by Ben Carlson, CFA. I highly recommend it, and at just around 80 pages, it’s a very manageable read.
“Chapter 2: Defining Your Role as a Fiduciary” is especially helpful, as it succinctly suggests guidelines for institutional investors to understand and establish appropriate levels of oversight for board trustees.
